16. Draw your trainer doing a different job

I'd like to imagine Liselle being a Mystic if she had another job. I mean, I can also see her being a Daycare Worker, but in all honesty, I REALLY like the idea of her being a Mystic for some reason??

Like, Liselle loves all her Pokemon equally, but when it comes to her Ghosts (Bonnie and Coco), she specifically has cutesy nicknames for them (Bon-Bon, and Coco-bean). Side note: I find it funny how the nicknames make them sound like sweets, but I digress-

Not only does she seem to have some kind of innate attraction to Ghosts for some reason (she adores and shows plenty of affection to her own two Ghost-type Pokemon; overall doesn't mind Ghost as much; will straight up go up to a Ghost-type to say hi; etc.), Ghost-types warm up to her relatively fast most of the time, and based on her app backstory (if ya'll ever bothered to read that wall of text- I don't blame you if you didn't), she wasn't even afraid of "spooky, scary, haunted" things even in her childhood. And she was a very introverted and shy child at one point, compared to the peppy Idol she is now. Things of the creepy nature didn't really phase her then and they still don't.

However, Liselle has barely any memories of her childhood prior to the accident she had those many years ago. And whenever she tries to, she winds up getting splitting headaches, or starts having nightmares that same night. It's almost as if her mind's trying to remind her of something. Something from her past...

Before, she thought nothing of these vague memories that would occassionally pop into her head, and stopped attempting to solve the missing pieces. But since meeting Coco, her shiny Gastly, she's slowly started to regain some of them. Not only that, but now she's starting to be more in tune to spiritual things in general.

I imagine that as a Mystic, Liselle would have had to completely remember and accept all that had happened to her in her past. She would have moved on from her profession as an Idol even (something that she loved doing and enjoyed working hard towards all this time), to better understand and hone her growing powers. She would start becoming more and more in tune with Ghost-types, and even be able to communicate and understand them well enough. Her duties as a Mystic would involve simple things, more so for the entertainment of others as well as to get a paycheck (i.e. tarot readings, fortune telling, seance, etc.) But on the side, she would also partake in dealing with Ghosts and the relationships between spirits and mortals. Her goal would be to connect the two worlds, bringing harmony between the two as close as she can.

Liselle would still love to sing and would sing songs for the Ghosts and people who would want to hear. Her desire to sing and performing wouldn't leave her just for the sake of a job switch.


Anyway, besides all that silly stuff I wanted to rant about, here is Liselle using her Psychic powers, or at the very least charging up. Mystic!Liselle wouldn't mind too much about her scar being out in the open. She would look upon her past of how fearful she was to show it to anyone while as an Idol, and view as silly and so simple compared to her being able to regain her lost memories and some more confidence in herself and her appearance.

Besides, scars can be cool, right? owo
